The name “Liu Yi (Children’s Day)” reflects both my profession and my childlike spirit. My art has always been bound to childhood, memory, time, and dreams.
From painting to illustration to three-dimensional figures, my child characters embody raw emotions — joy, sorrow, fear, and laughter. They are the shadows of my own childhood: rough yet real, bringing me peace and a way to keep expressing the world in my own way.
